Guti: The Eternal Promise
Great article. I always liked Guti. Mercurial talent but one of the few homegrown Madrid players who could play with all the Galacticos and not look out of place. There was a time when I was basically neutral in terms of “El Clasico” and that’s because Zinedine Zidane played for Madrid as well as the Spanish players that I liked such as Guti, Raul and Iker Casillas and Fernando Hierro.
