The 20 Highest Rated U21s in Europe’s Top 5 Leagues – Part I.

Wouldn’t disagree with most on the list. Can’t say I watched some of that top five much, if at all. Sterling is rated far too high as he did little to improve Liverpool from basically November onwards.
