True. It’s ridiculous the amount of goalkeeping talent in Germany. It wouldn’t be surprising if one or two move to other big clubs in Europe in the near future.

I can understand why the decision-makers in Germany feel such moves are necessary but hopefully they work to ensure the fans aren’t put out too much by those changes. Unlikely but one can hope.

Bundesliga: Sense of fun is why we watch German football – ESPN FC.

Again, more personalized view of the Bundesliga here but there’s some things to agree with there.

There’s no doubting that Bayern Munich is the dominant force but every season is competitive and, as pointed out, there have been a few other winners in recent times. There’s a lot of good young talent in the Bundesliga, and some solid players and teams period, so there’s no shortage of quality play.

It’s never really been one of my go-to leagues though but I’ve always been up for one of the derbies or just a good match-up period.
