Very interesting read. Who could have seen Rodgers, Martinez and Moyes in their current positions? It’s very likely that, like Rodgers, the other two will have to re-establish themselves before they get back into the mix for top jobs.

There is definitely a massive amount of managerial talent in Spain. Will be interesting to see what the likes of Paco Jemez and Marcelino do at bigger clubs. It seems almost inevitable for Unai Emery. He hasn’t had the biggest of budgets despite being in charge of some big Spanish clubs in Valencia and Sevilla. There’s a good amount of local talent in pretty much all the big European leagues to be fair. Spain , France and Germany lead the way and England bottom of the ladder of course.

Not much to be said here. Pretty good list. Of course, lists like these may have some bit of bias and its unlikely that many will completely agree with all the rankings, especially the ones at the top. Despite the list being about the present it is still based off the managers past as well so that could probably have been included in the criteria.
