Mario Balotelli’s Career at a Crossroads Ahead of Big Summer Decisions | Bleacher Report

Mario Balotelli’s Career at a Crossroads Ahead of Big Summer Decisions | Bleacher Report

With a return to Liverpool looking likely, it seems that Balotelli may just end up in China. That would be another disappointing moment in a wasted career. Hopefully he puts away what ego he has left, he really shouldn’t have any, and makes the necessary changes in a new environment. Not sure if Crotone is the place but we’ll see. He’s still only 25 so there’s still time, though not much.

I don’t know. I think having to adhere to all those clauses will frustrate him even more. I guess you never know with Balotelli though. Is he finally ready to prove himself? Guess we’ll see.

It’s an interesting move for all sides. Balotelli has lots of opposition for a starting role now and will have to show he’s up for the fight. It’s a gamble for Milan but given his previous productivity with them it might turn out to be worth it.

True. A step down may be best for Balotelli at this point. It’s hard to see where he’ll end up but at he still has plenty of time to get things right if he makes the right move.

Seems like this would be a fun and intriguing read. Wouldn’t expect anything less from something involving Balotelli

Why Mario Balotelli moving to MLS isn’t as far-fetched as it sounds

There’s that whole different titles thing again for ESPN FC. Agreed with the author. Balotelli moving to MLS is definitely not something that would happen now mainly due to price but also his history. I’m not sure it would happen in the future either unless he changes. Still some big moves in the MLS with youngsters stars like Gio dos Santos and Giovinco. Seems like those moves may happen more in the future.

Really good piece here. Mario Balotelli is headed down the road of flops or wasted talents. I think a loan move is the best that can be hoped for at this time so he can get things on track. If he’s still at Liverpool then he’s just going further into the background.

I know, I know there’s too much focus on Mario Balotelli nowadays.

This piece from Duncan Castle is quite different though, and even if some if it’s speculation it does seem based on the author’s inside knowledge of the situation.

Only those in charge know what route was officially taken but it’s hard to believe anything but a standard transfer occurred.

Just another thing to ponder in the eventful career of Super Mario.

Football manager piece coming later. Until next time.
